Welcome to the RediCar Help Center, where everyone—Riders and Drivers—can find Support Guides that will help you continue using the App Seamlessly!

Log into the RediCar App or Sign up if you haven't already. You can use your Email Address to Login or Register on the App.

To book a RediCar, choose your Pickup and Drop-off locations, select the Vehicle Type you want, pick a Payment Method, and you’ll soon receive the ride and driver details in the App.

Once the Trip is complete, you can Rate and Review the Service, which will help us determine how satisfied you were with our App.
